Ingredients:

•        1 qt    Water
•     2 cups    Sugar
•       3 tbs    Instant Coffee
•             8    whole Coffee Beans
•       1 tsp    Vanilla Extract
• 2 ½ cups    Vodka (80 proof)

Directions:

Combine water, sugar, coffee and coffee beans in a sauce pan, bring to boil and simmer for 1 hour.
Let it cool.
Add vanilla and vodka.
