  •    8 oz    Cream Cheese
  •   1 tbs    Half & Half
  •    2 oz    Onions, finely diced
  • 1 pinch   Paprika
  • 1 pinch   Caraway, ground
  •               Garlic Powder to taste
  •               Salt and Pepper to taste


For a cheaper every day variation of our “Obatzda” recipe just use cream cheese and 1 tbs Half and Half, together with the seasoning, onions and add a touch of garlic powder.

Can also be served with crackers as a dip
