Ingredients:

•  1½ cup    Canadian Whisky
•      1 tsp    Instant Coffee
•      1 tsp    Chocolate Flavored Syrup
•      1 can    Sweetened Condensed Milk (14 oz)
•      1 cup    Heavy Cream

Directions:

In a blender, whip all ingredients together.
Pour into clean/sterilized glass bottle and keep refrigerated.
