Applesauce “Apfelmus”

  •    2 lbs    Apples
  • 2 cups    Water
  •  100 g    Sugar


Wash, peel, core and quarter the apples.
Place all the ingredients into a medium pot.
Bring to a boil, turn down to a simmer and cook until the apples are soft.
Strain through a sieve.
