Ingredients:
- 1 large Onion, Diced
- 4-5 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- ½ cup Brown Sugar
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- ½ cup Balsamic Vinegar
- ¼ cup “Frank’s” Hot Sauce
- 4 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce
- 4-5 lbs Ketchup
Directions:
In large sauce pot sweat onions in olive oil.
Add garlic until aroma breaks.
Add brown sugar and liquify.
Add remaining ingredients.
Simmer 1½ hours.
Adjust seasoning and serve.
