Wurst = is the German definition of all types of Sausage and Lunch Meat, Bratwurst or Knockwurst is a sausage while Jagdwurst or Schinkenwurst are considered Luncheon Meats in the USA, Pepper Loaf or Salami are also considered a type of Wurst in Germany.
